The success of Kate Moss’ design collections for Topshop have proved even more lucrative: the model’s contract with the high-end retailer has been extended for another three years.
After eight collections, Kate Moss will now be branching out with the addition of lingerie and accessories for her new Spring collection. This next collection will be launched in March of 2009, to coincide with the opening of the Topshop/Topman flagship store in New York City’s SoHo district.
Not only with Londoners be lined up around the block at the crack of dawn to purchase the newest must-have items from Kate Moss’ collections, but now New Yorkers will have the same chance.
And, of course, Kate Moss herself is excited about her continued Topshop venture: “Topshop has given me the perfect platform to develop my own collection, which is something that I have wanted to do for a long time. I am really looking forward to working with the Topshop team on our new collections and thank everybody who already owns a piece of Kate Moss for Topshop!”
